All products displayed in the e-Store are in stock and available for purchase. Should a product be temporarily unavailable, it will neither be displayed nor be available for purchase. All sales transactions will be processed upon confirmation to ensure that the items are delivered in the shortest time possible.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, at our discretion, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.
Unfortunately, since we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations.
All products come with a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer. The terms of this warranty are in the international warranty document provided with each product. Refer to the warranty card attachedor direct your queries to email@example.com.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. WE guarantee your satisfaction with all merchandise. You may return any damaged item with receipt within 30 days for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price (minus shippong and handling).
To return an item, please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip. Note the reason for your return and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. Securely wrap the package and send it to the address listed on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once received and inspected, a credit will be issued for all returned items meeting the 30 day guarantee provisions. The credit will be issued to the card upon which the order was originally placed.
