How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order with our E-Store is safe and easy. Place an Item in Your (Buy Now)Cart When you see an item you wish to purchase, click the "Buy Now" button next to the item. This puts the item into your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page where you can view all of the items you have added to your cart. From this page, you can save the item for checkout later and remove items if you have changed your mind. To shop for more products, click "Continue Shopping." When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on "Proceed to Checkout." You will then be asked to provide your personal particulars and the transaction follows from there.

How secure is it to order merchandise?
We want you to feel completely comfortable when shopping with us, and we go to great lengths to protect your security and privacy. Yes. You can create and store multiple shipping addresses in your account. We understand that you will like to send these fabulous gifts to your loved ones.

What type of confirmation should I expect once I have placed an order?
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. This e-mail will include your order confirmation number, order summary, estimated delivery date, and other information that you might find helpful regarding your account and how to track your order.

What happens if I do not receive an order confirmation email?
Check all your email account folders (especially the spam folder). Include esales@hotmail.com to your list of permitted senders. Login to your account and check order history

Can I make changes to my order?
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We have a no-cancellation order policy. However, genuine cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and such cancellation will be subjected to a cancellation charge of US$20 or 5% of the total sales value, whichever is higher.
